Educational facilities are increasingly requiring safe and flexible power solutions which is why Mainline’s innovative track-based mains power system is ideal for students and teachers alike.
With the increasing use of digital technology in schools such as interactive whiteboards and laptops, the way that energy is accessed has also had to change. Using Mainline eliminates the need to have lots of fixed power sockets scattered about a room with trailing cables and extension leads posing a health and safety risk.
The track can be positioned to suite the needs of the room and its users, with sockets able to be added, removed and repositioned at any time. This increases the useable space of a room – key to any learning environment where space can sometimes be at a premium. And room design or re-design no longer needs to be dependant on the locations of power points.
Some of the most recent installations of Mainline into learning environments include:
Paston Ridings School
The Lord Silkin School
Trentham High School
Eastborne College
Liverpool John Moores College
The Manchester College
St Thomas More Catholic College
University of Sunderland
Oxford Bookes University
...to name just a few!
